Duddingston View Bed & Breakfast is located approximately 10-12 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre, and it is a short walk away from the seaside town of Portobello. An indoor Swim Centre, Fully Equipped Gym, Turkish Baths and two prime Golf Courses can all be found in the local area. The historical town of Musselburgh, complete with Race-Course, is a ten minute drive away. Our unique location ensures that guests receive the best of all worlds;- a city break, sea-side holiday and sporting extravaganza ~ all rolled into one. We are on an excellent bus route, with unrestricted free parking also available directly outside. Our double and twin rooms have large bay windows with lovely views looking over mature gardens, plasma televisions with either additional Free-View or Sky-Plus Channels, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-fridges and FREE Internet access.
A full continental breakfast is included in the price. This consists of Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Yoghurts, Danish Pastries, Toast, Home-Made Jams, Fruit Juices and Tea or Coffee. A cooked breakfast is available for an additional charge ~ please specify if this is required at the time of booking.
RATES: From £20 per person per night (based on 2 people sharing) in low season and from £25 per person per night (based on 2 people sharing) in summer.
