Located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre with all tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, bars and night-life being within easy walking distance. Stunning views of Arthur's Seat from the spacious lounge and Holyrood Park practically on the door-step. Our unique location ensures that guests can access Festival Venues, The Royal Mile, Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle, on foot, within minutes of leaving the accommodation. Limited free parking is also available directly outside.
This newly refurbished apartment offers bright and airy accommodation to those who are seeking a city centre location at competitive rates. It consists of a spacious lounge with dining area, study/media area, a luxury fully fitted kitchen with ample supply of crockery, glass and silverware, and a bathroom with over-bath shower. The double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and under-bed storage. A double sofa-bed and single guest-bed are provided for use by additional guests. Please be aware that you must state the size of your party at the time of making your booking enquiry in order to secure the additional beds. All linen, towels, bedding, utility bills and local taxes are included in the rental price. For your further comfort, entry to the apartment is by electronic fob-key and secure entry phone.

Bookings will not be confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received. An additional £150.00 security deposit is required for the Viewcraig Apartment and £250.00 security deposit for Duddingston View Festival Rental. Full payment must be received 28 days prior to arrival.
