We had a wonderful stay at Duddingston View Bed and Breakfast and were made to feel very welcome by the owners.

Our room was much nicer than we could have ever hoped for with a bed and a television bigger than any we have previously seen! Breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of fresh offerings which set us both up for the day.

Our only slight niggle was the noisy Spanish couple next door who gave no consideration for fellow guests. We spoke to the owners though and had no more problems from the opposite room.

We will stay at this bed and breakfast again the next time we come to Scotland.

We loved staying at Duddingston View Bed and Breakfast and could not fault the room or the service we received. Thank you for making our visit so special.

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights and we liked the flat very much, with a nice view and very comfortable flat.
next time we come we would love to stay in this flat again. We give it 10/10.

The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk away from the Royal Mile which means all the tourist attractions can easily be reached on foot. Arthur's Seat is fully equipped with everything needed and we were given a warm welcome by the very friendly and helpful managers. We had a great time and especially enjoyed the proximity to the city centre.

Arthur's Seat is a cosy well equipped flat with great access to town etc. Very warm and comfortable.

This apartment (Arthur's Seat) was very nice, as described, a little bigger than it looks in the photos. It is also very close to the royal mile and as the photos show, to Arthur's Seat (that big ole rock!) Amanda and co. were very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a lift to the train station on the last day! The apartment was well equipped, very clean, and even though it was about -2 degrees outside at night, the apartment was warm to come home to and the bedding especially was warm and comfy. The apartment was in a very quiet block and we slept well every night. Overall an excellent crash pad for the centre of Edinburgh and much better than a hotel! P.S: We didn't get a taxi from the station on arrival because the apartment was so close.

Me and my partner just loved the place that we lived in (Duddingston View). I really liked everything about this home-stay...really good people, really good view outside and an amazing place. The breakfast was good and the host was very very welcoming and helpful at all times. If I plan to visit Edinburgh again this year for summer will want to stay here again...
